Wall of Tears

All right, last time, I promised you all news! And the news is…I wrote over 2,000 words yesterday! Okay, I’m kidding. I mean, I did write over 2,000 words yesterday, but the TRUE news, which those of you who follow me on social media already know, is that I won third place in The Writer’s Fall Short Story contest! In case you don’t know, that’s a big deal. I mean, The Writer is a pretty big magazine – in fact, the oldest continuously running writer’s magazine in the US, and it took them almost a year to process all the entries and pick winners, so I’m kind of excited about it.
